Propel Real Estate Capital

Privacy Policy

About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Stronghill of Texas, LLC, doing business as Propel Real Estate Capital (“Propel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects and handles information through our website at propelrealestatecapital.com and through our advertising and marketing channels, including LinkedIn.
Propel is a commercial real estate lender. Our loans are made for business and investment purposes only and are not made for personal, family, or household use. This website and our marketing are directed to real estate investors, mortgage brokers, and other business professionals — not to consumers seeking personal credit.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on our website, complete a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form associated with one of our ads, email us, or call us, we may collect:
  • Name
  • Business email address
  • Telephone number
  • Company name and job title
  • Property address, loan amount, loan type, and other details you choose to share about a financing request
  • Any other information you volunteer in a message or conversation with us
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect standard technical information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and dates and times of access. We collect this information through cookies and similar technologies. See “Cookies, analytics, and advertising” below.
We do not ask for or intentionally collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or similar sensitive information through this website. If a loan request moves forward, we will request underwriting documentation directly and separately, subject to the terms of that engagement.

LinkedIn advertising and lead forms

We advertise on LinkedIn. If you interact with one of our LinkedIn ads or submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn shares the form fields you submitted — typically your name, business email address, telephone number, company, and job title — with us. LinkedIn’s own handling of your information is governed by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy, not by this one.
We may also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag and similar advertising technologies on our website. These tools allow us to measure the performance of our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited our website or who resemble our existing audience.
We use information received through LinkedIn to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential financing opportunity, and send you information about our lending programs. You may stop receiving marketing messages from us at any time using the methods described in “Your choices” below.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:
  • Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you
  • Evaluate, quote, underwrite, and service loan requests
  • Send marketing communications about our lending programs, market updates, and events
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website
  • Measure the performance of our advertising
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements
Where required by applicable law, we rely on your consent, our legitimate business interests in operating and marketing a commercial lending business, the performance of a contract with you, or compliance with a legal obligation as the basis for processing your information.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money.
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
  • Service providers. Companies that perform services for us, including website hosting, customer relationship management, email and marketing platforms, analytics, advertising, and professional services. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Transaction participants. In connection with a loan request you submit, we may share relevant information with capital partners, title companies, appraisers, insurance providers, attorneys, servicers, and similar parties involved in evaluating, closing, or servicing the transaction.
  • Affiliates. Companies under common ownership or control with us, including Propel Financial Services and its related entities.
  • Legal and protective purposes. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is appropriate to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.
Our use of advertising and analytics technologies may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising, or a “sale,” under certain state privacy laws. See “Cookies, analytics, and advertising” and “Your choices” below for how to limit this.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies — including pixels, tags, local storage, and comparable tools provided by third parties — for website functionality, security, performance measurement, analytics, and advertising. These technologies may be provided by us or by third-party analytics, advertising, scheduling, chat, hosting, and marketing platforms we use from time to time, and the specific tools in use may change.
Most web browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect how portions of our website function. You can manage advertising preferences in your LinkedIn account settings, and you can opt out of certain interest-based advertising through industry tools such as those offered by the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.

Your choices

Marketing communications. You may unsubscribe using the link included in any marketing email, or by submitting a request through the form at propelrealestatecapital.com/privacy-request.
Requests about your information. Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, or to raise a concern about this policy, please submit the form at propelrealestatecapital.com/privacy-request. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may decline a request where an exception or legal obligation applies — for example, where we are required to retain records relating to a loan or transaction.
Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you communications relating to an active inquiry, loan, or business relationship.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, after which we dispose of it in the ordinary course of business.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information in our possession. No website, method of transmission, or system of electronic storage is completely secure, and we do not guarantee the security of information you transmit to us. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

Other websites

Our website and our advertising may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those websites. Please review their policies before providing information to them.

Children

Our website and services are directed to businesses and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please submit the form at propelrealestatecapital.com/privacy-request and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Users outside the United States

Our website and services are intended for users located in the United States, and information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. We do not offer our services to individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions where doing so would subject us to registration or additional regulatory requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the website after we post changes means you accept them.
